Zach Hughes

I started in the world of media quite by accident back in 2015 when my brother-in-law recommended that I talk with some guys who had recently started their own PPC company and were looking to hire someone new. I used Google to figure out what PPC even was and became really intrigued by the industry and its overall potential. After meeting with me, the founders were kind enough to bring me on, and I was swept away into the world of digital marketing. Over the past 10 years, I've worked for various companies ranging from small to mid-size, and even one of the largest global media agencies.

I started my journey as a journalism major at the University of Oklahoma. It was here that I learned the most important skill: knowing how to ask the right questions. I brought that investigative mindset into the world of SEO and content marketing back in 2013 where I spent the last decade leading digital marketing efforts for local and national businesses across dozens of industries.

SEO is always changing. That’s why the latest in AI isn’t intimidating to me; it’s simply the latest evolution in our algorithms. The core of the work remains the same: understanding and speaking to your audience.

My job is to study your industry, ask the questions that uncover what makes your service unique, and figure out how to speak to the audience you need to reach. I use those insights to revamp your website content and optimize it for various marketing channels (search engines, LLMs, paid media, email, social). By unifying your content strategy across every channel, I can transform your website from a passive destination into a growth engine that cultivates loyal customers.
